Welcome to Procella Audio ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, https://procella.audio (the "Site"), and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Site.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site or take legal action if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited conduct.
We strive to ensure that the information on our Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is error-free. If you purchase a product that is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, subject to our return policy.

• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We will make every
reasonable effort to meet delivery timelines.
• Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer per the agreed Incoterm® (e.g.,
EXW, FCA) stated in the order confirmation.
• Any changes to delivery terms must be confirmed in writing.
• Prices exclude taxes, duties, and other charges unless stated otherwise.
• The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or other taxes
incurred during shipping or delivery.
• Payment terms are specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in order
delays or additional fees.
• An interest rate of 6% p.a. will apply to overdue invoices from the due date until
payment is received in full.
• If prepayment is required, orders will not be processed until payment is received
in full.
• We provide a limited warranty for all loudspeakers for five years from the date
of delivery to the original purchaser from an authorized dealer, covering defects
in materials and workmanship. For amplifiers, the warranty period is two years
from the date of delivery to the original purchaser from an authorized dealer.
• Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to the factory or
designated service center with all transportation and insurance charges
prepaid.
• All warranties of whatever character are void and unenforceable if the
component or any part thereof is not purchased from an authorized dealer.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation,
or unauthorized modifications.
• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and of all
other obligations or liabilities on our part, and Procella Audio neither assumes
nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liability in connection
with the sale, repair, or return of any product.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective goods under
warranty, which it shall find defective in material or workmanship under normal
conditions of use.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
the use or inability to use our products.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable
control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or
supply chain disruptions.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
